Today I will give you a guide for easy meals to lose weight. So you can start off eating brown rice the way you eat white rice. You can eat it with your regular side dishes, vegetables or soy sauce. Eat some fruit, and of course, leave out anything you know that's bad for you, like junk food, soft drinks, candy, all those nasties.
It's like your eating 30% of the diet, get really used to eating it, and slowly leave out the side dishes, vegetables, fruits. This is easy meals to lose weight.
Remember not to rush, you have to really get used to it or else you might snap and crave for all those fatty foods, which instead of losing weight, you gain weight.
I highly recommend this diet, I've only started and I'm losing about 100g to 300g a day! It's not much because I only eat 50% of the diet. 100-300 grams may not seem much, but it makes me really happy. And like you, I'm also under the age of 19, I'm 15 and I take this easy meals to lose weight.
Those tips I gave you were from my personal experience.I was really upset about my weight and decided to follow this easy meals to lose weight, I ate only brown rice and sesame and drank only water. In two days, I completly just broke and was eating 1/3 of an ice cream tub and eating all those oily foods. In those two days I lost half a kilo and after I snapped I gained 3 kilos!
That's the diet, I dont know about excerising. Just work out to stay fit and regular. Don't over work yourself, this easy meals to lose weight alone works wonders, believe me! Exercise, but not too excessively!
